How does a constellation work?
Through the request (problem) of the client, the selection and placement of representatives during the constellation, we create a context (field) in which information that has its source in the client's family system can manifest itself. This information exists in the morpho-systemic family field of the client and is then perceived by the representative. The representative's mirror neurons reflect or "mirror" this information to the visual center of his brain and link them instantaneously to his motor centers. Thus, the representative has emotions, thoughts, movements that do not belong to him, but belong to one of the members of the client's family system. Step by step, through specific work, we create a "new reality" that replaces the "old picture" in the client's unconscious. This new image sets the whole system in motion, causes positive changes in the client's family system and gives an impulse for the best solution to the problem.
